Virginia was born of a conviction: Tunisian olive oil ranks among the finest in the world, and it deserves better than the anonymity of blends. Tunisia is one of the world's leading exporters — yet most of its production travels nameless, folded into oils of other origins.
Our job is to bridge that gap: we know the mills, the terroirs of the Sahel and Sfax, the Chetoui and Chemlali varieties — and we also know what European and American buyers demand: specifications, analysis, lead times, regulatory compliance.
Bulk for industrial buyers, bottles for retail: two offers, one chain of control. Our network of partner mills gives us access to over 30,000 metric tons per harvest season, bought direct — and one simple rule: every commitment made is a commitment kept, every figure quoted is a figure measured.
